Founded by David Gilchrist in 2025, ADG Consulting brings together over 30 years of hands-on experience in town planning and property development.

David is a Chartered Town Planner and former Development Director at the Berkeley Group, where he led land and planning teams for nearly two decades. His work included acquiring complex development sites and guiding them through the planning process to successful delivery.

David combines deep planning knowledge with real-world development expertise to create financially sound, design-led schemes that are aligned with client goals, local planning requirements, site constraints, and community expectations.

ADG specialises in residential and mixed-use developments, from small brownfield infill projects to large-scale urban extensions. David can act as Development Manager on behalf of clients, coordinating consultant teams to secure complex planning consents.
