David led the planning and delivery strategy post-outline consent for this major urban extension. He secured approvals for the Site-Wide and Phase 1 Design Codes, followed by Reserved Matters for the first 196 homes.

A strategic review of the masterplan identified value-add opportunities while maintaining design quality. David also established a phased delivery and optimisation strategy in partnership with Homes England and the local authority.
